Exobiota

Exobiota is a work-in-progress font with a retrofuturist sensibility. Currently, it includes a heavy weight and samples of a stencil companion style in a lighter weight.

I began drawing these designs in a brief online course I took with Zrinka Buljubašić on the principles of designing display type.

I think the typeface would be well-suited for a corporate logo chiseled on the ruins of an ancient civilization eroding in the sand dunes of a distant planet.
